This is a brand new Matrix Aerospace AR15 Lower Receiver. This lower is manufactured by the same company and to the same standard as the lower that is used by Ruger SR556 rifle. It just does not have Ruger name stamped on it. These lowers come with complete LPK and 6 position kit pre assembled with the pistol tube kit.

Since the 1968 Gun Control Act you MUST provide a FFL in order to receive a lower receiver. Full transfer instructions are available here.
