This is a brand new Matrix Aerospace AR15 Lower Receiver. This lower is manufactured by the same company and to the same standard as the lower that is used by Ruger SR556 rifle. It just does not have Ruger name stamped on it. These lowers come with complete LPK that is NOT assembled to receiver.

Since the 1968 Gun Control Act you MUST provide a FFL in order to receive a lower receiver. Full transfer instructions are available here.

This lower is great I’ve had it know for 2 year no problems at all surprised how crisp the trigger pull was never even thought about putting in a new one would highly recommend this lower
