This is a brand new Matrix Aerospace 100% AR15 M1913 7075 T6 cryo forged Upper Receiver. This Upper is manufactured by the same company and to the same standard as uppers used by Ruger SR556 rifle. Comes complete with forward assist and Dust cover installed. Blem may consist of small "SS" or other marking on receiver. Usually above the FA boss. Also have seen trident marking on rear top rail.

Note: Uppers sold to Dealers will not be assembled prior to shipping.
