How do I return an item?

Chandler Hardwoods does not warrant items except for mistakes in shipping. For instance, if you order Part 7737 and we send you Part 9462, that's our fault. Call us at (423-228-9016) or email us at (sales@chandlerhardwoods.com). But, if you ordered the wrong part or if the item was damaged in shipping, we cannot help you. You can contact USPS about the latter.

If you are ordering a lower receiver the shipping address on the order form MUST be for the FFL that you want lower sent to. We CAN NOT track your FFL down nor can we try to decipher who your FFL Holder is. If your name is the shipping address, instead of the on file FFL holder, your order will be placed on hold awaiting resolution.

Absolutely no claims for missing parts will be addressed more than three days after delivery. If there is a problem we need to know about it immediately. We have multiple buddy checks here to insure that each order is shipped correctly. Please check the packing material and box thoroughly as small parts can be lost in with packing material.If a third party opened your order, we can not address any missing parts claims. Multiple problems may lead to cancellation of your account.

If we are out of stock for part of your order, we can either cancel and refund entire order or refund for missing parts and ship the remainder. Typically we hold your order for ten business days hoping parts will come in. Please wait at least ten business days before sending "where is it" emails. If you can't wait please add note to order indicating so and we will cancel your order immediately upon learning of any out of stock condition.

Chandler Hardwoods will NOT give credit, exchange parts or any other remedy for any parts that you damage during installation. If you ordered the wrong part, the part is defective or you just changed your mind, we must have original undamaged part in its original condition before we will attempt any resolution. Remember you broke it you OWN it.

We can not change an order for any reason after it is placed. Don't ask. The best way to fix a mistake is to cancel order before it is shipped and reorder it.

We can only process refunds before the item has shipped. There is 15% restocking fee for all items that you purchase and do not take delivery of for whatever reason.

Please check your Local and State laws before buying. Some states may prohibit you from owning a firearm or item that is legal in our state. It is your responsibility to know what YOU can and cannot own.
